Lone Cedar Cabins offers two cabins and a 1957 vintage trailer, all secluded yet conveniently situated for your getaway near DeGray Lake & Hot Springs, Arkansas. The distance between the accommodations provides for privacy. Honeymooners, romantics and families alike can enjoy our property. We purposely do not equip our lodgings with satellite TV or Internet. Your cell phone may or may not work either! Our intent is for you to put your feet up and enjoy a good book, perhaps daydream or just listen to a crackling fire. It will prompt your kids to find their own fun by rediscovering nature and playing outside. Rain? No problem as we have covered porches with ceiling fans, fun games and loads of good ole movies. Digital detox is our goal, and hopefully you may never want to go back home!

POLICIES

Please keep in mind that our accommodations are situated in a very natural setting along with all of our outdoor activities. Those pretty deer and the magnificent turkey that you see outside your door also share the same space as ticks, chiggers, wasps, spiders, briars, uneven terrain, slippery slopes, catfish pond. You get the picture. We are in the woods…it’s part of the experience. Understand that you are responsible for yourselves and your family. We, Gabe and Dawn Rubio and/or Lone Cedar Cabins, are not liable for any accidents or loss of personal property, during your stay here.

No pets. A fee of 200.00 will be charged for violation of pet policy.
If you are traveling with a certified service animal—please let us know before your arrival. We do not allow emotional support animals.

No smoking inside (you may smoke outside but use provided ashtrays and please do not throw trash into the woods).

2-night minimum stay. 3-night minimum for holidays.

50% of your total stay due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 1 week before arrival.

Check-in: 3:00 pm or later.

Check-out: 11:00 am or earlier.

Cancellation notice must be received at least 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund of your deposit. If received less than 3 weeks, you will not receive a refund.

We do not give refunds for early departure or cancellation due to weather, acts of God, loss of electricity or break down of any appliance. If anything does break down, please contact us immediately.

Please understand we are a family-based business, and we depend upon you keeping reservations. We are doing our best to avoid an upfront cleaning fee and to keep our rates affordable. Please treat our cabins as if they were your own. Everybody deserves a clean and well-kept cabin. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
